Effective August 2026

This page says what Supermove collects, why, and what never leaves your machine. It is short because the honest answer is short.

Your account

Signing in takes an email address, verified with a one-time code, or a Google account. That address is your identity in Supermove: it is how your plan follows you between machines. We store it, a display name if you have one, and nothing else about you.

Google sign-in

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture, and we use them for exactly one thing: creating your account and signing you in. Supermove's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What stays on your Mac

Your films, projects, timelines, and design systems live on your machine. Your prompts go directly from the app to the model provider you connected, under your own account with them — they do not pass through our servers. On the free plan we count how many requests you make each week; the count is a number, and the content of your work is never part of it.

Billing

Payments are processed by Polar. Your card details go to them, never to us. What we keep is your plan status — free or Pro — so the app knows what you have paid for.

Security

Session tokens are stored hashed on our side and encrypted by macOS on yours. Sign out and they are gone from both.

What we do not do

We do not sell data, run ads, or embed third-party trackers. This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics.

Deleting your account

Write to us and we will delete your account and everything attached to it. Your local projects are yours; deleting the account does not touch them.
